Hayley Meyer, MSW, RSW
Registered Social Worker #4201
Hayley Meyer is a Registered Social Worker with a primary focus in clinical mental health. She completed her Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Regina in 2018 and earned her Master of Social Work from Yeshiva University in New York, NY in 2023. Hayley is registered with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers and has been working in private practice alongside her clinical work since 2020.
Hayley takes a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to therapy. She believes meaningful therapeutic work begins with a strong relationship built on safety, trust, and feeling heard and understood. Hayley views each person as the expert of their own experience and considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they explore their story, develop new skills, and build on their strengths to create a life that feels more aligned with who they want to be. In session she brings warmth, compassion, and at times a bit of humour while working collaboratively to understand each client as a whole person within their environment and experiences.
Hayley’s approach is highly personalized. She integrates elements from several therapeutic frameworks and tailors them to each client’s goals and strengths to support meaningful change and well-being. Her work draws on evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques. Hayley is committed to ongoing professional learning and continually developing her practice in order to best support the people she works with.
Hayley works with teens, young adults, and adults. She supports clients in building practical skills, strengthening self-understanding, and navigating challenges in ways that feel sustainable and empowering.
